Yvette Garza-Westmoreland
“Howdy! My name is Yvette, and I am a proud native of Houston, born and raised. I have been an ordained minister for over 34 years. This is my calling and I love what I do when I am standing at the altar with a couple that is promising forever to one another. It is a strong and powerful love that leads you on the journey to the altar and I am absolutely all about that LOVE and making your ceremony the memorable moment it should be.”
Natalie
“I’m Natalie, a minister, an event coordinator, and a life coordinator for Phillip, Jaccob, and Lilly. Becoming a minister, like all good things in life, came easily. I knew some of the ministers in our group and when the opportunity presented itself for me to become a minister, I had to take it. My marriage is a big contributor to why I love being a minister. With every couple, we create a personalized script, sprinkle in beautiful words of love and hope, but also words of strength for your married life ahead. In the chaos that can be in planning your big day, I hope you see The Twin Flames of Texas and find solace in our ministers and years of experience. Congratulations on your engagement and I hope we get to say ‘We now pronounce you…’”
Gloria Marron – Garcia
“Hello! I’m Gloria Marron – Garcia, a proud Houston native who truly married her twin flame and is the mother of two amazing girls and one angel boy in heaven. Becoming a wedding officiant is a choice that blind sided me. I had no idea how much happiness it would bring me to see people find their person in life. I am a believer of LOVE, MARRIAGE and HAPPILY EVER AFTER. I love standing at the altar with a couple that is ready to tell the world that they are in love and that through the good and the bad, they chose each other. It still gives me goosebumps to think that people still believe in love and choose to pick one special person to grow old with and annoy the rest of their lives!”
Tam Nguyen
“Wife, and mother of five beautiful children, 2 boys, and 3 girls. My eldest child is 20 years old and in college, and my two youngest are a set of 5-year twin girls. My family are dedicated church members that volunteer at the church as much as time will allow. Our faith is strong and I am a true believer in love, marriage and the beautiful moments that a family can give us. I am an Ordained Minister, Chaos Wrangler, and a Social Butterfly.”
Norma Briseño Ruiz
“My name is Norma Briseño Ruiz. I’m a native Texan, happily married and mother to 3 amazing humans and grandmother to 6. I am truly blessed. I firmly believe in the institution of marriage. The richness it brings to our society and the courage it takes to commit to a marriage. When I have the honor of performing a wedding, I am in awe of the love, courage and commitment of the couple and the fact that I am blessed to share this moment of their lives brings me joy.”
Lucia (Luisa) Martinez Osores
“Hi, my name is Lucia, I like to travel & eat vegan tacos. I love helping people through Holistic Therapy. Each and every day I learn something new. My life is an adventure that I enjoy every minute of. I joined the ministry because I love to see couples happy and I enjoy being a part of their new adventure in marriage.”
Kisha
“Hi, my name is Kisha. I am married to my soulmate Eric and we are parents to four beautiful young men. I enjoy traveling, and spending time with my family and friends. I love people and helping them when I can and do so by volunteering my time to many worthy causes. Like my colleagues I believe in the sanctity and institution of marriage and love. I love being a part of a couple’s story at the altar and am dedicated to helping this be a positive and happy experience for them as they begin their journey as Mr. & Mrs.”
Julia Martinez
“Hello! I’m Julia Martinez, a proud Houston native that simply loves love! Becoming a minister has been one of the most exciting choices I’ve ever made, and I cannot wait to share your special day with you!”
Michele (Mich)
“Minister and Marriage Officiant with a calm energy and patient personality that makes for a phenomenal chaos-wrangling officiant. Mother of 5-year-old 4-legged baby, Zephyr Blue. Michele performs English wedding ceremonies, with intimate elopements being her specialty.”

Everything You Need to Know
Clear answers on Texas marriage licensing, scheduling, customized vows, and refund policies.
How do we obtain our Texas Marriage License before the ceremony?
You must obtain a marriage license from any Texas County Clerk (such as Harris, Galveston, Fort Bend, or Montgomery County). Both parties generally must apply in person with valid photo IDs. There is a state-mandated 72-hour waiting period between receiving the license and the ceremony (unless waived by a judge or via an official Twogether in Texas certificate). The license is valid for 90 days.
How does booking a 1910 Harris County Courthouse ceremony work?
Our Courthouse package is $250. Indoor ceremonies take place in the breathtaking Grand Rotunda Monday through Friday between 9:00 AM and 3:00 PM (maximum 8 guests including your photographer). Weekend ceremonies are available on the historic exterior steps. We recommend calling us at (832) 920-9203 as soon as you have your preferred date.
What is your cancellation and refund policy?
We offer full transparency: Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to the ceremony receive a 100% full refund. Cancellations made within 7 days receive a 75% refund. We cannot offer refunds for day-of cancellations since our ministers have reserved their schedule exclusively for you.
Can we include custom unity rituals or write our own vows?
Absolutely! We encourage you to personalize your ceremony. Whether you wish to write your own heartfelt vows or incorporate cultural traditions like Arras (coins), Lasso, Sand blending, Handfasting, Candle lighting, or Jumping the Broom, we weave them seamlessly into your script.
Do you travel outside the Houston metro area?
Yes! While we frequently officiate at our Houston office, the 1910 Courthouse, and Galveston/Crystal Beach, our ordained ministers travel throughout the State of Texas and beyond for venue, ranch, and destination weddings.
